Fundraising Strategies

Our initial focus on fundraising strategies is similar to how The Stelle Group prepared to build the intentional community of Stelle, Illinois. When The Stelle Group was being established in the 1960's based on the book, The Ultimate Frontier, the co-founders of the organization and many who shared their vision moved to the Rogers Park neighborhood in Chicago. For years before they even purchased the 240 acres that became the Intentional community of Stelle, they gathered in committees and prepared for manifesting stewardship over their dreams and vision.

For example, they studied all of the major approaches to early childhood development to ensure that the schools in Stelle would empower succeeding generations. They established companies owned by members and the group. The first building constructed on the property was a state-of-the-art 20,000 square foot factory that housed the Stelle Woodworking Company, and several other businesses that had been created to provide jobs for the community as it was being built from the ground up.

We are exploring several somewhat similar stewardship programs. For example, there are several ways that our partners such as Ultimate Destiny University and CENTER SPACE (the Center for Spiritual, Personal And Community Enlightenment) can help generate funding for the model communities. 

The team that has been brought together has generated over 100 million dollars in the past in grants, contracts and donations for non-profit organizations. We have generated a couple of million dollars in equity funding for our small-start-up companies and others we have helped fund.

CENTER SPACE (www.centerspace.com) has a couple dozen publications, seminars and workshops in various states of completion. It is inviting individuals who resonate with the vision and mission of the organization and the New Thought Community Project to help generate the additional funding to complete the suite of intellectual properties. Ultimate Destiny University will allocate up to 100% of the revenue from the sale of its new Ultimate Destiny Success System, their membership program and several affiliate programs to support the New Thought Project.
