We have a strategic marketing matrix in place for accomplishing our shared vision of blessing millions of people all over the world, manifesting stewardship over billions of dollars in the process and leaving a treasure chest of programs and resources that will eventually produce a trillion dollar legacy of positive impact on the world. Through our programs such as CAN DO!, the Ultimate Destiny Hall of Fame Awards, and our Ultimate Fundraising Programs that enable participating NPOs to receive donations of up to 110% of any sales they generate of our products, thousands of individuals and organizations will be highly motivated to help us. Through our Expanding the Circle of Success Campaign we will facilitate the donation over 10 years of 100 million dollars worth of development training programs to and through an international network of non-profit agency partners including our Empowerment Resource Centers™ and ETMS Empowerment Training Mentoring Systems™. We have already identified over 500,000 potential local co-sponsor agencies that already have facilities, training equipment, targeted constituencies and access to funding for the wealth of resources for self-help, empowerment and capacity building we will provide to them along with the training-of-training for their existing personnel to be enabled to effectively deliver our empowerment training programs and systems. We plan to generate a quantum leap in the realization of our ultimate vision by issuing a Request for Proposals in through which we (and our strategic alliance partners and resource providers) will donate 10,000 of our ETMS (Empowerment Training Mentoring Systems) worth over 100 million dollars over the next 10 years to local non-profit organizations, initially in the US.
By incorporating a
spiritual foundation in our Company, by developing the
programs, products and systems that we have created, by
developing strategic alliances with many of the best known
authors, trainers and resource providers on the planet, by
operating through what we refer to as a Strategic
Marketecture TM of cause-oriented companies and our
affiliated non-profit organizations, by being able to
demonstrate success in producing
award winning programs and events with world-class authors
and trainers such as Norman Vincent Peale, Les Brown, Brian
Tracy, Jim Rohn, Mark Victor Hansen, William E. Bailey, Bonnie
St. John, Chin Ning Chu etc. for up to 1,800 participants in a
county of only 100,000 residents, and through our award-winning
models for Community Empowerment Resource Centers, we will be
able to build a billion dollar enterprise just by redirecting
1/2 of 1% of the 210 billion dollar development training
industry.
Our ultimate vision for America is seeing
(and helping) it fulfill its ultimate destiny as envisioned by
Ben Franklin and as inscribed on the Statue of Liberty. We

More specifically, we envision the establishment of a national (and then international) network of thousands of local, non-profit Community Economic Development Empowerment Resource Centers. These Centers for Successful Living, based on 40 years of research, development and award-winning prototypes, will provide access to Successful Living Skills for the 21st Century to help individuals, organizations and communities realize more of their potential and enable and empower them to help solve the increasing global social, economic and environmental challenges we face together. Community Economic Development includes a focus on three areas: Self-help; Empowerment and Capacity Building. In our experiences as community organizers, disaster relief and community economic development specialists, we have found in the community visioning and strategic planning exercises we have facilitated, that the highest answers to the question: “What are the greatest challenges and obstacles facing our community?" have usually been “the lack of vision and leadership within government” and “the need for greater citizen participation in government.” When we would then ask “What are the positive corrective measures that could be taken to address those challenges?” , we have almost always gotten answers about the need for having expanded access to resources, models and success stories of how other other organizations and communities have successfully addressed similar problems. Earl Nightingale, the “Dean of Motivation” and co-founder of Nightingale-Conant told a story about a father who was trying to work who had a young son who wanted to play. The father cut a picture of the world out of a magazine and made it into a jigsaw puzzle. He gave it to his son and told him that they could play when he had put the puzzle back together. The father who had imagined that it would take his son at least several minutes to complete the task was surprised when his son returned almost instantly back with the puzzle completed. When he asked his son how he had managed to put it together so quickly, his son answered: “It was easy Dad. There was a picture of a man on the other side and when I put the picture of the man together, the world was together too.” During the campaign and after the election, then President Elect Obama inspired millions of Americans to know that the answer to whether we can solve any challenge — or achieve any worthwhile goal is — “Yes, we can!” For several decades, many successful prototypes for helping empower individuals, organizations and communities to develop a CAN DO! attitude have been tested and proven. By providing expanded access to community economic development principles and practices for self-help, empowerment and capacity building, the American people will help solve the national and global economic (and environmental challenges) and America will fulfill its ultimate destiny of helping enlighten the world. Introduction to Ultimate Destiny University for Conscious Sustainable Living Ultimate Destiny is fostering the realization of human potential and “Expanding the Circle of Success” through the establishment of an international network of facilities and facilitators that provide resources for personal, organizational, and community empowerment. Our team has been conducting research for more than 40 years on the best programs, products and trainers to discover those that actually deliver results and help participants learn how to develop successful living skills. We have developed dozens of new proprietary programs, products and systems that help people learn how to learn. We have also developed strategic alliances with the producers of best-selling programs and have developed adaptations of their programs designed to be more effective for the populations we serve, especially those who may have had limited experience with development training materials. . Les Brown, one of the top speakers and motivational trainers in the world, helped CENTER SPACE (the Center for Spiritual, Personal And Community Enlightenment) adapt the 100 page workbook from his $100 Choosing Your Own Future product into a 12 page workbook for children as young as 7 years old who lived in public housing. As a result of the award-winning success of the Muncie prototype, Charles Betterton (who designed the program and wrote the $250,000 HUD Drug Prevention grant that funded it) and Benita Smith, Executive Director of the Housing Authority, were invited to share a presentation at the National Association of Housing and redevelopment Officials Conference. Seed grants are presently being sought to produce a TV pilot and sample DVDs to demonstrate how the programs harness the power of edutainment to help youth discover and actualize more of their potential. We're also creating You Can CAN DO!, a turn-key system for helping organizations and communities learn how to pool their resources and co-produce large scale development training programs featuring some of the top success coaches in the world such as Brian Tracy, Les Brown, Jim Britt, and Mark Victor Hansen. While these prototypes for locally initiated community resource centers provide the “brick and mortar” component of our marketing and distribution strategy, we also have incorporated “click and learn” technologies for distance learning on the Internet through the Ultimate Destiny University for Successful Living. We envision an international network of thousands of local Community Economic Development Empowerment Resource Centers™ and Empowerment Training Mentoring Systems, staffed with certified Successful Living Coaches™, Empowerment Consultants™ and Empower Mentors™. These centers will provide new and expanded distribution channels for the world’s best resources for personal, spiritual, organizational and community empowerment. As a result, millions of people could be helped to develop a larger vision of themselves. They will learn how to set and achieve goals, increase their performance levels, manifest stewardship over increased financial resources, fulfill their highest possible destinies and live happier more productive lives. There is the potential for thousands of new businesses and millions of new jobs to be created. Families, neighborhoods and communities will be empowered and strengthened. Successive generations will realize more of their potential and America will fulfill its ultimate destiny as an example of a fully actualized society enlightening the world Our ultimate goal is to help millions of people world-wide A.R.K. -- Awaken to their true identity as spiritual beings; Realize more of their potential; and Know how to create their ultimate destiny (whatever that means to each individual). We plan to serve as the catalyst for the establishment of thousands of locally initiated facilities all over the world and the certification of thousands of facilitators. This will be accomplished primarily through strategic alliances with some of the world’s leading resources for success and empowerment, including world-class success coaches and trainers.
